For generations, the wisdom of Kabbalah was gathered together with everything mysterious, with Tarot cards, blessings and curses, black magic, spirits, devils, and all that the human imagination is capable of producing. People believed these tools could grant them control over the world, help them win, become wealthy, or dominate others, and this is understandable enough, since everyone dreams of rising above the rest.
So the wisdom of Kabbalah was treated in the same way. A belief spread that a hidden group possessed a secret wisdom that gave power over others, and Freemasons, secret societies, and sects of every kind attached themselves to this idea. There were plenty of inventions and plenty of stories, but the Kabbalists themselves kept the truth in plain sight, where almost no one thought to look. No one imagined that the actual essence of this wisdom is nothing more, and nothing less, than the science of unity {Achdut, אחדות} between people.
That, right there, is the whole story of mysticism. It is not a body of secret knowledge locked away from the world. It is the name given to whatever remains hidden within a person, to the part of their own nature they have not yet uncovered or brought under their own understanding. Mysticism belongs to the observer, not to the object being observed. It has never truly been about spirits behind the visible world. It has always been about the undiscovered self standing behind the person doing the searching. The moment that hidden part becomes clear, systematic, and attainable by anyone willing to put in the work, it stops being mysticism and becomes science.
This is exactly what is happening today with the wisdom of Kabbalah. As people come to understand what this science actually is, it is gradually parting with its mystical aura, and strangely enough, once it loses that aura, most people no longer want it.
Why do I need it, to unite? I was hoping for a special power, a fortune told, success in trading, a cure for every disease, a little miracle making. Instead they are offered unity between people, and they recoil, saying keep it to yourself, I do not need this, even if you pay me for it.
Here the moment of truth appears for it is not that people misunderstand Kabbalah it is that their own egoism rejects the science of unity outright, since it is the natural reflex of the ego to avoid others, to disdain the very idea of connection, and to treat it as something repulsive and opposite to ones own nature rather than desirable. Baal HaSulam teaches that the whole of reality rests upon the single command to love your friend as yourself, and yet nothing in human nature wants to hear it. We would rather chase spirits and learn spells than sit beside our neighbour.
But little by little, a person discovers there is no other choice left to us. Life itself pushes each on of us there, through widening crises and through the exhausted attempts to fix the world by force, by money, or by cleverness. Slowly it becomes clear that there may be only one way out of the crisis, and that is through unity. But how is this done, where do we find the strength, what is the actual order of actions? Only at this point does a person become ready to receive Kabbalah as it truly is, the wisdom of unity in its correct and precise form, not as folklore but as method.
‘And the word ‘unity’ is not the ordinary word people take it to be. It has nothing to do with agreement, tolerance, or good manners between neighbours. It is described by the Kabbalists as a force capable of raising the whole of humankind into a single body, joined by something greater than any one of its parts, and each person carries a direct share in bringing this about, since the next step belongs to whoever reads these words next.‘
There are no mantras here, no promises, and no mutual obligations. The entire practical work consists of connection, of unity, through which the single force that governs all of reality becomes revealed. This is not mysticism. It is a mechanism, exact as any law of physics, only turned inward, toward the connections between people and this is why it is called the Science of Sciences.
The choice, as always, belongs to the reader. If something in them has already begun to stir, what the Kabbalists call the point in the heart, they will feel themselves drawn toward this wisdom, not because it promises an escape from the world, but because, for the first time, it offers what the world has been missing all along, the real meaning of life, and a way to actually feel that unity described above, not for the self but for all. This is what this site exists to make possible.
The revolution carried by this science is meant to happen now, and the very contempt surrounding it works, oddly, in its favour. It keeps away those looking only for tricks and miracles, and it clears space for those who genuinely want to unite, each according to their own ability, drawing closer to the truth together.
